The online shopping cart estimates shipping costs based on zip code and method of shipping. Orders sent via USPS should arrive within 7-10 days. Orders sent via UPS should arrive within the designated time selected upon checkout. Please call (800) 888-4741 or e-mail email@example.com to track you order.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return a product, please contact IPG’s customer service department via (800) 888-IPG1  or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.

Eligible returns will be credited to the purchasing credit card account upon receipt of the item(s) at IPG. IPG cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please contact IPG customer service with any additional questions or concerns regarding returns.
